What is a cigar made out of?Cigars are made out of premium tobacco and then constructed with a filler, binder and wrapper. Filler: Central core of tobacco leaves, responsible for overall flavor and aroma. Blends various types and ages for complexity. What do cigars taste like?Cigars offer a range of delicious notes, from earthy and woody to sweet and floral. Think chocolate, coffee, pepper, even leather - it's a whole flavor adventure! Earthy & Woody: Common notes like cedar, leather, and soil, often found in Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos. Sweet & Floral: Lighter notes like honey, vanilla, and cocoa, typically from Connecticut shade wrappers. Spicy & Peppery: Bold accents like black pepper, cinnamon, and chili, prevalent in Nicaraguan and Brazilian tobaccos. Nutty & Toasty: Warm notes like almonds, cashews, and coffee, characteristic of Cuban and Dominican cigars. Fruity & Citrusy: Brighter notes like orange, cherry, and fig, sometimes present in flavored cigars or specific blends. Creamy & Smooth: Silky texture and delicate flavors like milk chocolate, often associated with Connecticut shade wrappers. Leather & Tobacco: Rich and mature notes, prominent in aged cigars and long-filler blends. These are notes that come right from the tobaccos. Some cigars are flavored and we call those "infused cigars" as they infused with flavors in a special way, but not sprayed with flavor like products such as blunt wraps and machine rolled cigars are.

What are the different types of cigar wrappers?Think of this like coffee. Mild cigars are beginner-friendly, like a latte. Medium-bodied ones kick it up a notch, like a cappuccino. Full-bodied cigars are for seasoned smokers, like a strong espresso. These are types of wrappers, like different book covers. Connecticut: Light in color, offering smooth, creamy flavors like vanilla or cedar. Good for beginners! Claro claro (Candela): Light greenish color. The leaves are cured with heat to fix the chlorophyll in the leaf. They often taste slightly sweet and very mild. Claro: a light tan color, usually grown under shade tents. Prized for its neutral flavor qualities. Colorado: brown to reddish-brown. It is also usually shade-grown and has rich flavor and a subtle aroma. Natural: light brown to brown. It is most often sun-grown. Maduro: Dark and oily, with bolder, richer notes like coffee, chocolate, or spice. For the more adventurous. Oscuro: Meaning dark, it is also called negro or black in tobacco producing countries. It usually is left on the plant the longest, and it is matured, or sweated the longest.

What is the deal with the ohms of pods & coils? 0.4, 0.8, 1.2 - what's it all mean?Ohms (Ω) measure the resistance of your coil—the lower the number, the faster it heats up and the more vapor it produces. Here’s a quick breakdown: 0.4Ω (low resistance) – Warmer vapor, bigger clouds, and more intense flavor. These coils usually work best with higher wattage and are great for direct lung (DL) hits. 0.8Ω (mid-range) – A nice balance between flavor and vapor. Great for restricted direct lung or loose mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping. Good for both regular e-liquids and some salts. 1.2Ω (high resistance) – Cooler vapor, tighter draw, and less e-liquid usage. Ideal for mouth-to-lung hits and nic salt users looking to mimic the feel of a cigarette. In short: Lower ohms = more vapor, warmer, more power Higher ohms = smoother, tighter hits, less power Different devices have different wattage capabilities and should be taken into consideration when choose what coil or pod to use with what type of e-liquid and what level of nicotine. We'd be happy to help you with that!
